Cover warranty denied

Purchased a brand new cover from spacovers.net less than three years ago, built by core covers and it's already water logging after rains. Tried to file a warranty through the company and they're denying the claim because the underside of the cover is white, not black as it was when first purchased.

It's a bromine tub and I've obsessively maintained it for many years including the multiple years since I purchased this new cover. Chemistry always right where it should be, regularly drain and refill and clean, etc

This is just normal company bullshit where they basically blame everything on chemicals so they don't have to honor a warranty, right? Literally any cover after a year or so is going to bleach due to close proximity to the tub's surface unless you're basically running unsanitized water
