Game where you play as a criminal that is realistic

I love playing these games, but for most IFs I’ve struggled to get into them. In Breach, for example, the Archangels are this perfectly run organization that manages to fight against the Mafia, the cartel, and the government all at the same time. Or in Vendetta, the mafia is shown as this unstoppable force with endless resources and influence. Are there any IFs that lean more towards the realism side of things ?
