Soon to be graduate

Hello all, I'm set to graduate in August with my MSW. Im currently employed at Ascension been here two years as a CHW. My boss has long informed me that she wants me to stay in the department as a LLMSW upon graduation. She let me know today that my salary would be 65k but within " a few years " she would see to it that I'm at 70k. Whats the usual salary for new MSW graduates working in hospitals?
