Finally testing my new olla tempio bowl

A few people were asking how it smokes and it does did not disappoint. The bowl tool a little longer to heat up but that only because I started with 2 coals, normally I do 3, but I just wasn't sure how it handled head and I didn't want to burn the bowl. I'm about 30 min in and so far so good
