Excellence Punta Cana?

Hi,

We're looking at booking our honeymoon in June, and one of the suggestions that has come up is to go to an "Excellence" resort, including the one in Punta Cana.

When comparing prices, the Excellence Punta Cana comes way below cost vs other resorts. Both Sanctuary Cap Cana and Hyatt Zilara® Cap Cana are essentially double in price...yet people suggest the Excellence Punta Cana.

Any idea on why this is so much less money?

For reference we're 40, looking at all-inclusive, and ideally adults only.
We're also looking into Aruba.
