24/25 Trailsport!

Thanks to everyone who gave me advice on my previous thread! I have decided that I am going to pursue either a 24 or 25 trailsport. This is the setup I am thinking:

Option 1)
Upgrading tires to Toyo Open Country AT3s in 245/60/r18
Upgrading the wheels to different 18" wheels
Possibly adding a 1.5" lift. What tire bigger tire sizes would fit if I lifted with 18" wheels without rubbing?

OR

Option 2)
Downsizing to 17" wheels
Adding 1.5" Lift
Upgrading to BFG KO3 ATs in 255/65/r17

Which of these would be a good way to go or would either of these work? Would going with option 2 cause any rubbing at all? Any extra advice will help and I appreciate it! My old truck is gonna go bye bye soon so I'm planning my next adventure rig!

One option I forgot was keeping 18" wheels and upgrading to 265/60/r18 tires.
