mirror extension

Has any installed those mirror extenders,? I see them on amazon for $9 to $13 or so. Do not know if they accept the left hand thread of the mirror. If you have them, please let me know a link. All I can see is my left shoulder. Right side not so worried (but they come in pairs anyway) passing is sooo unlikely.
