Housewarming gift ideas

Colleague achieved the aussie dream - just bought a place.
What is a practical housewarming gift you guys wished/have received.
Ideas:
- Bidet - but read this needs to be installed by a plumber - dont want them forking out more money as a result of my gift.
- Cheeseboard ? bit boring
- Amazon package of household items - Ziploc bags, Trash bags, scrub daddy, pink stuff, plunger
