Data/LTE Solar Security Cam?

Hi,

I'm looking for a security camera with SIM card capabilities that can be installed on a property with no wi-fi or electrical. Preferably with an app that does not require a monthly subscription, ala WYZE.

Any reccs for cameras/prepaid SIM cards that support this kind of recording?
