What is world tension right now IRL? March 2024

First of all I know this question has been asked before but....

It's been sometime so I'm asking it again, according to you as a HOI4 player. what is the current world tension?

It's a fact now that war support for Ukraine is in decline, in The US in the EU Nation's and even in Ukraine itself. In other nations due to other reasons. In Ukraine war exhaustion, I have a friend from Ukraine myself i asked her questions, at start she supported the war but now it has taken darker turn she has lost her dad in the war her bf is also fighting, so now she along with many people from Ukraine wants a peace treaty.

Plus we have the conflict in Middle East too. Considering all this what should be the world tension as of March 2024? Is it increasing or decreasing?
