Does anyone remember this picture and the origins of it???

I remember seeing this in another subreddit years ago and I CANT FIND IT AGAIN? I’m pretty sure it was cursed image sub or something similar, or found it somewhere else. Does anyone know the origins I’m sure this has been posted here before 😭😭
