Help with Ana

My favorite class to play is Healer and I'm quite good playing Stukov, Tyrande and Lucio, but everytime I try to play with Ana I just feel useless and lose every game. Do you guys have any tips for me? Also, I'm on a journey to buy other heroes so I'd like to know if you recommend any
