Who Was ACTUALLY Responsible For Sirius's Death?

I feel like compared to all the other deaths in HP, sirius's always felt like the most ambiguous. The other day i read an article that came out in 2003 the year the book came out, about how he is actually alive. And considering the book itself, there's so concrete proof that he died pre DH. There's no pulse check or even an avada kedavra, he just fell through the veil. But sadly that is lost in the films, because we actually bellatrix use the curse at him which just ruins the whole point. But that brings me to my point, who really was responsible for his death? Because i feel like there are a number of characters to blame, so let's take a crack at our most obvious suspect...

Bellatrix

Yeah yeah, technically legally and emotionally speaking, it's all her fault because she dealt the final blow that ended his life, however that's a boring answer. But let's dig deeper, like the fact at why he was even there in the first place? It was because of our next suspect...

Harry

I mean if you really think about...it's kinda almost his fault. If harry never went to go save him, he wouldn't even be there. Also the fact that if he bothered to open his damn package, he would still be alive. Harry just resisted into his temptations of 'playing the hero' and got his godfather killed in the process. However, unlike the films he actually makes sure that sirius's isn't at home and this is all isn't a huge trap. He was misled, by our next culprit who i believe is really responsible...

Kreacher

Cutting this out of the film, just makes harry even more guilty but we're taken that into account. If i had to arrest someone in this case, it would be kreacher. He literally lied to harry, to make him go there. Yeah,if he didn't do that his info would lead to sirius's death but he would've done it anyways. He's even gladly telling dumbledore about what he did, it's 100% his fault. If you really think about it, sirius already wrote up his death sentence the minute he told kreacher to get out of the house, and he treated him like shit so, i mean i don't blame him, but still. Which brings us to our next suspect who kept sirius confined to the house...

Dumbledore

He even admits it himself. He made it a mistake when it came to dealing with him. Sirius is like a dog funnily enough, you can't keep him shut up in the house all day, he'll want to go out and be in the action. I feel like sirius would've wanted to save harry either way, but it's obvious he just saw this as an opportunity to go out and stretch his legs and breathe fresh air. He felt useless himself, he wanted to go out and prove his worth to the order. You know maybe if dumbledore had treated him better, he would've probably stayed home with buckbeak and lived happily ever after. Too bad someone else had to goad him into leaving. Someone like...

Snape

I got harry on my side with this one, because he also blames snape and for good reason. It's obvious his words got to sirius's head, and i mean how else would a person react. It's like if i was in his shoes, of course i would want to go out and prove myself, but snape is an asshole and everyone knows that. But i understand why he would do this, let's not forget, he still thinks that sirius was attempting to kill him with the whole lupin prank. And he even stopped giving harry lessons as well too, which would've saved alot of time and deaths. Then again for every wrong snape does, he kinda does a right as well. Like giving umbridge the fake veritaserum and alerting the order that harry and the gang actually left. Soooo, idk it kinda evens out in the end. However, we still need someone to blame and who better yet than the man himself...

Sirius

I was going to end it here, but after thinking, he kinda is responsible himself as well too. He was told to stay in within grimmauld place and he wanted to go save harry, that's the key. Yeah snape may have goaded him into leaving and dumbledore made him stay, but at the end of the day, sirius is a grown man. He should've thought rationally, but blaming him for his own death seems a little too mean because he's one of my favorite characters. But when it comes to the truth, you have to throw objectivity out the window and find someone to take the fall.

Conclusion

So in the end, who really was responsible? It really depends on who you ask, because i feel like everyone had a certain degree of responsibility. Maybe that's why i feel like this is an interesting question, because there's no real right answer, at least i think they're isn't. Which is why i am asking you, YES YOU! Who do you think is responsible for his death? (If you really wanna know who i think it was, it's kreacher.)
