Why isn’t halo five in the master chief collection?

I don’t know about anyone else, but I actually had fun with halo five guardians. It was the first halo game that I have ever got competitive with and actually enjoyed being competitive in it. So my question is why doesn’t it have a PC version it makes zero sense.
