To the person I almost ran into

On the 8th of Jan around 8:50ish near the Atlantic hotel , I apologize from the bottom of my heart , i can't stop thinking about the trauma and shock i must have put you through.

It was really dark and did not see you walking (and not an excuse plus should have double checked) I'm So thankful to God that nothing happened to either of us, But I did not get a chance to apologize as I was in shock myself.
