WTF tims

I just went through dt on dutch village rd and i got my regular coffee and donut. As i was at the window i asked if i can purchase a travel mug which they had and said yes to it. I simply asked if they can put in hot water in that new mug literally bought from them and they said they charge 20 cents for hot water. Seriously tim. While I used to work for tims they used to charge for cup which is a bit understandable but even charging for hot water seriously.
