What Do You Think About My Gyno? And Which Liposuction Method is Best?

I have struggled with gynecomastia since my early teen years. I used to feel ashamed of my chest (and still do a bit), and I would avoid going to the water park or taking my shirt off in public. I had gynecomastia surgery 4 years ago. The doctor removed my breast glands (extirpation) and some fat with liposuction. She mentioned removing about 1600 ml of fat, but I don’t think that’s accurate, as I consulted with another doctor after the surgery and he said it would be almost impossible to remove that much fat. Perhaps she meant 1600 ml of fat plus the tumescent solution, or maybe she reported a higher number to make me feel better.

Anyway, after the surgery, the gyno became smaller, but I still feel like I have excess fat in the chest area and am not 100% comfortable taking my shirt off. So I’m considering another surgery (this time only liposuction, with no removal of breast glands, as they are hopefully gone by now – though I’ve heard they can regrow in some cases?).

Some doctors I’ve contacted after the first operation said they don’t see any problem now. One doctor said that if it were him he wouldn’t care, but if I insisted he could help. What do you guys think? Is the gyno still noticeable to some extent, or am I being too critical?

Secondly, is there a ‘best’ liposuction method? The clinic I’m considering offers classic tumescent, laser, water-assisted, and ultrasound techniques. But the last three are almost twice as expensive as the classic tumescent method. Is there a noticeable difference in the results? I’m not concerned about which method is more or less painful; I only care about the final result and whether one method is more effective than the others.

I’m attaching two pictures – both taken after the first surgery. Looking at the first picture, you might think 'It looks kind of okay,' but in the second picture, you can clearly see the 'overhang' created by the fat tissue (accentuated by the shadow from the top-down lighting), which, in my opinion, shouldn’t be there. As I mentioned, I still feel there is excess fat tissue in the area, and it continues to make me feel uncomfortable.
