Just a really stupid question from an idiot who never played this game before

Is there any private server that is dedicated to new player development and or just noobs in general? I have never played before but I’ve been non stop watching clips of this game and it looks fun af besides the fact that everyone that plays seems sweaty af. Picture unrelated.
