How do You Deal with a griefer/Playe that's better than you?

I have recently been getting bodied by every possible player whenever I engage in PvP. It's either losing every sniper battle, or just now being spam killed with RC Banditos. I avoided PvP for so long, and so far I hate even engaging in it because of how much cheese people use. How do you deal/curb stomp someone that will do anything to get easy kills?
