How do I defend myself

I feel like a lolcow. I used my nightshark, khanjali, moc, deluxo, oppressor mark II, buzzard, and sparrow to fight back for an hour but I failed. I got killed like 30 times (not exaggerating) from explosive sniper rounds, starling, savage, sticky mines, a deluxo, etc, so I had enough of it and left. I just bought a starling because of this. I was used more than a fleshlight. It’s really draining me. How do I defend myself? I’m thinking of giving up. No matter what I do, it’s useless
