Grey's/ER Similarities

O.M.G. I have been watching ER reruns and have noticed that my all time favorite show Grey's Anatomy borrowed heavily from some of the story lines, characters, etc. So here I am watching ER season 4 episode 9 at the 13:03 mark and dude says "It's a great day to save lives".
