Bill's lgbt words?

I think bill is lgbt but I don't understand what word to use

He canonically has no way to know his gender because there are 14 billion different genders on his home planet, but everybody uses he/him pronouns, and also he apparently can never know his sexuality because his kind requires paperwork to find it out and he isn't up to date, BUT he references wanting a female characters phone number and a ship with him and a male character is heavily implied to the point of near semicanonization so I'm guessing bi or pan?
