In honor of Masters Week coming up, I’m curious what sorts of appetites are on this sub. Here’s mine:

Starters

Roasted gorgonzola-stuffed figs wrapped in prosciutto

Bacon-wrapped shrimp

Oysters on the half shell

First Course

Mama Zu’s (old RVA restaurant) White bean and arugula salad w/ vinaigrette dressing

Chesapeake Bay she-crab soup

Main Course

Lobster surf n turf (Maine lobster tail w/ 10 oz prime filet), twice-baked potato, roasted asparagus

OR

Broiled rockfish w/ lemon caper sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, roasted green beans

Dessert

Lemon Raspberry cheesecake

Creme Brulee
