Snacks and Drinks
Played a round of 18 this morning, started as usual and broke my record for the front 9. I was on my way to reach my milestone of under 100! Until hole 12, where I seemed to loose all energy, couldn't think and turned into some sort of ape swinging a stick around. I had a bottle of water, a red bull and had a large bowl of porridge at home before playing.
What do you do for energy? I walk with a push along buggy, as I enjoy stretching my legs and the countryside as I play.
I've tried Haribo, Powerade etc in the past, but nothing helps, it's always hole 12 or 13 that I seem to lose the ability to play golf on, usually by 16 I'm able to regain control again.
