[AITA] Old Crusty Guy Yelled at Me.

So my buddies and I were playing a full round this past weekend. Our tee time was 12:08… finished at 7… anyways, the whole day the course was backed up. People constantly waiting. Well we found out why… these 3 old gummers were holding up the course. We were patient the whole day. At hole 12 the old gummers let the group ahead of us play through, no big deal.. until.. we were sitting at the tee box for (no lie) 25 minutes, and these 3 gummers weren’t even half way down the fair way. The one guy who pops up at the end of this story, was chunking it about 20 yards every hit. So we were very annoyed but were patient. We come up to hole 17, again, takes them forever to get done with the hole. I was about 220 out from the green where they are, again we are sitting waiting for them to finish. I see them finish the hole and get in their carts and drive to the next hole which basically heads back towards the clubhouse, so their tee box is by our green, so I swing and absolutely smoke it right onto the green but apparently I was “hitting up on them”. The old gummer who was chunking it 20 yards bitched me out and was swearing at me. He said he was a caddy for 25 years (LOL) okay bud. And so we finished the round and sat down to have a drink and the geezer decided to tell the club manager what I “supposedly did”. Was this my fault? My buddies and I don’t think so.
