Where to stay in Goa?

I’m (31M) planning on visiting Goa for a week with my wife (32F) and 18-month-old daughter.

We’ve never been to Goa and honestly don’t know which area is the best to stay/visit.

Since we’re travelling with a baby, we’d prefer to stay in a more relaxed/chilled out part of Goa that remains accessible.
