It’s became so “normal” we don’t even acknowledge it.
I know folk will go straight to blaming the council. I also know that some will just use it as an opportunity to reply with some brain farts.
But it’s a picture of one small patch of ground in parkhead. Would it hurt for some local to take some ownership - get some bags and grippers from the council and clear this stuff away.
Also add that if somebody else cites their recycling - the picture shows that the generation of waste and its management isn’t going to be solved by folk recycling at home while generating a shit ton of waste.
