B650 Aorus elite ax v2 won't power

New build with AMD Ryzen 5 8500g and EVgA 750 b5 power supply. The only life I see is a quick blue flash from under the chip set heatsink and quick flash of the LCD on water block when power supply is switched on. Tried unplugging everything, one at a time, with no results. I cannot find any info on what the blue LED is for. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
