Can’t upgrade to Windows 11

I can’t seem to upgrade to Windows 11.

It says on the PC Health Check software that I need to have Secure Boot enabled.

I surfed the internet and found out that I need to turn off my CSM Support first to enable Secure Boot. So I went ahead and did that but now my pc won’t boot probably because of the settings I changed.

I reverted back the settings and got it to work again. Can someone enlighten me how do I deal with this to upgrade to Windows 11? Thank you so much.

Here are my PC Specs: Motherboard - X570 Ultra Bios Version - F39D Processor - Ryzen 9 3900X
