[Need Advice] Pomodoro Technique breaks?

Hey there! As someone with ADHD, I find pomodoro really useful. However, 25 minutes is still a huge chunk of time for me, and I find the technique hardly lasts at all.

A recent video going around ADHD subreddits has a few good techniques that help one stay productive. However, it recommends a 10/3 split pomodoro, and I think this will work beautifully. I have no idea what to do in the three minutes though! Any tips would be appreciated. :)
