Investing to reach 17k

im looking for a way to reach 17k in the next 3 years to pay off the rest payment of my financed car, my sallary doesn‘t allow me to save that much, thats why i would appreciate any ideas or recommandations on where to invest and how. Is it a good to go to my bank to ask them for a plan?
