Social Security price

Hi everybody , i live in saarland and work in Luxembourg so Luxembourg provide me social security , but apparently i have to take an insurance in germany , what is the best price for crossborder worker ? Why is everything on check24 around 300€/month if my country is paying for almost everything? Thank you
