Should I move to Germany after high school ?

Hallo ! I am 17, living in Africa. I will be doing 12th grade this year and on 2026 I'll have to move out to study abroad as I cannot have a future in my current country (Mozambique). I am considering moving to Germany, I have a sister who lives there but she's married & has children and I wouldn't want to be a burden to them, but in case of emergencies I can rely on them(I have yet to ask what city they live on).

No, I don't speak German but I am learning on Duolingo and likely by the time I travel I can hold basic conversations. As for my studies I do Cambridge, IGCSE done, and AS level this year. My career consists of programming and robotics. As for income my parents make just enough money for us to survive ($1500 a month in total) so i doubt i can afford a house/apartment there early.

I've heard great things about Germany and am fascinated by the country ! Though i am aware every country has pros and cons.

Fellow German citizens, would you suggest that I move to Germany ? What city do you recommend ? And colleges/universities ? Anything else I should know ? I have yet to do my research, I know, but making this post is part of it haha !
