Change of Employer for National Visa with 18G ABS.1 SATZ 1 AufenthG (Blau Karte EU) written in Zusatzblatt
Hi,
I am a non-EU citizen working in a company in Munich using a national D visa and valid until 15 June 2025. In its supplementary sheet, it says Employment only Gem. 18G ABS.1 SATZ 1 AufenthG (Blue Card EU). Due to the current situation, I want to change an employer. I have already received a new job offer and contract, but I am not sure about the procedure for obtaining the permit from the immigration office.
In this link (https://stadt.muenchen.de/service/info/hauptabteilung-ii-buergerfragen/1080627/), for a blue card holder, permission is not required from immigration authorities, only need to notify them. But it is not clear to me whether the blue card holder itself is only for a blue card in an electronic card form (The real blue card "card"), or whether my national visa "Blue Card" is also counted as the blue card, and I am a blue card holder even without the real "card". Thus, for me to change employer, do I need to just notify Ausländerbehörde? Or do I need to wait for their approval?

UPDATE
I applied for both "Change of employer" and "Notify of job change for Blue Card" on 17th December. I uploaded the national visa with its Zusatzblatt (No real Blue Card).
I got a call from auslanderbehorde that I can start the new job on 7th January, but it was not clear for me because my Zusatzblatt still contains the previous employer. Then I called again, but the officer was not clear about that.
On 8th January, I booked an emergency appointment to settle the Zusatzblatt issue (The appointment was booked by me, not given by auslanderbehorde). I showed up, and the officer said I didn't need to do anything. No new Zusatzblatt would be given, I could just start the new job. The new employer will be reflected on the "real" Blue Card Zusatzblatt.
