Tax letter from finanzamt.

I received this letter today and I am confused.

I moved to Germany in May 2023 and haven't worked until 2024 July. Now I received this letter with Einkommensteuer(zwansgeld) 2022.

Is this a mistake since I was not in Germany in 2022. Can someone please help me understand. With my initial VISA I couldn't work in Germany till June 2024.
