Student visa and work

Hi I have a quick question I got accepted in a masters program in Germany…while I’m working remotely with a software company…so I have a couple of questions 1) Can I use my 20 weekly hours working for that company? 2) Is it tax fraud if I still get my salary and so in my home country? Basically for family support
