My birthday is coming up!! Please kindly help me choose my own present?

My birthday is this Sunday and I’m choosing a present for myself. I was thinking to pick up Kingdom Come: Deliverance II but after seeing people here post their characters, I think I want to play too haha. But I hate online games so not sure if I will enjoy it.
