Hair loss! HEELLPPP

I’m 4 months post op and goodness my hair is falling out bad. I knew this would happen since it happened to me previously when I would successfully diet for a few months and after having children..approximately 3 months post birth. I know it’s temporary and it will grow back but did anyone have success on getting through this or slowing the process?? I’m ready to shave my head because I keep finding my hair everywhere! Oh and the icing on the cake is I already had thin fine hair to begin with so yeah…fml lol. But hey I’m down 35lbs so that’s cool 😎
