3 month update! (12/11/24) HW:260 SW: 228 CW: 180

can't believe how much of a difference there is! sometimes i really don't see it but in these pictures i do. i'm trying my best to get my protein in and as well as my vitamins, but it's been hard. i'm not usually a cook for myself but i try to find healthy snacks and pre made food. I'm so excited for more changes working out to get my glutes back though lol
