Why are my tomato seedlings curling

I noticed my seedlings are kind of curling and browning on the edge, I have them in a humidity dome, and keep them inside and they get at least 12 hours of sun. I know it’s not the ideal time to plant but I’m not worried about maximizing yield just for fun with family. Also don’t mind the mini sprouts. For some reason we just keep having them pop up lmao. Any advice. Thank you 🙏
