Seeking Engaging Game: Deep Gameplay, Compelling Story, Gamepad Friendly, Fantasy Preferred.

I'm currently in a gaming crisis and can't seem to find a game that captures my interest. Can you suggest one with the following characteristics:

1. Deep gameplay but not overly complex, with a fairly limited number of mechanics. For example, Baldur's Gate 3 or Civilization are great games, but they don't appeal to me because I don't want to "study" to be able to play well, whereas intuitive games like The Witcher 3 or FromSoftware games are my favorites.

2. Non-trivial story that doesn't make me feel like I'm watching a bad TV series.

3. Decent graphics, although it's not the most important aspect.

4. Well Playable with a gamepad.

I prefer fantasy games but not sci-fi. For instance, I'm not a fan of Mass Effect or CP2077. Thanks you so much in advance for the suggestions :)!
