The Watch Order of NuWho and Spin offs

Hey everyone so one of my friends has recently started watching doctor who (starting with “Rose”) and said he may consider watching the spin offs (Torchwood and SJA) as well. However as it has been a while since I’ve watched both the spin offs in order I’ve forgotten where each series of the spin offs fit in. Ik that Torchwood fits in between series 2 and 3 of the main show but where do the other series of Torchwood and SJA fit in.
