Symptomatic gallstones - can I cheat a burger, pizza and an alcoholic drink or two?

Hi,

Surfed this subreddit a bit and still have a few questions. I'm male, 30, 1.82m and currently 90kg. Had a gallbladder attack 3 weeks ago and was told at the ER that, even though, my condition is not too urgent, they'd recommend removing my gallbladder. Now, as pretty much everyone, I'm not too fond of removing my organ at such a young age.

Changed my diet radically: lean meat, fish, veggies, fruit, honey, grains, chamomile tea etc. Also, started taking Ox Biles (Rowahol), cut out alcohol completely and back in the gym regularly. Lost 5kg in weeks and feel great, with an occasional 1 or 2 pinches around my gall a day that go away within seconds. I'll stay at it and my goal is to get down to around 80kg within the next 5-6 months. I reckon the symptoms will go away completely.

As I reach my goal, I'd very much like to enjoy the un-healthy aspect of social life as well, since sipping on water at a bar with friends can get old. Had 3 non-alcoholic apple ciders a week ago during the birthday and was fine. My questions to anyone with a similar situation or some knowledge on this:

1) Can I eventually cheat a burger, pizza or anything of that type, say, once a month when out socializing?

2) Can I cheat a glass or two of Wine, Whiskey and so on, say, once a month again?

3) Anyone found their stones to get better within time and after taking proper measures?

Thanks in advance
