Should I Remove My Gallbladder? Seeking Advice

Hi everyone,

I’m dealing with some gallbladder issues and wanted to hear your thoughts or experiences. My doctor has confirmed that there’s likely a problem with my gallbladder, even though I don’t have gallstones. My stool is always yellow, and I experience right upper quadrant pain that seems to be connected to eating. The doctor suspects biliary dyskinesia, and I’m scheduled for a HIDA scan soon.

To make things more complicated, I also have EPI (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency) and SIBO. My symptoms include:

Brain fog

Zero libido

Fatigue

Emotional numbness (I feel nothing since my digestive issues began)

My question is: should I consider removing my gallbladder? Has anyone here gone through something similar, and did your health improve after gallbladder removal?

I’m struggling to figure out if surgery is the right step or if I should explore other options first. Any advice or personal stories would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
