Allison in ultimate team not cutting it

After spending the better part of 50k on a keeper I had high hopes, but allison has simply not delivered. I use glove chemistry style on him so idk if that's the problem? I need a green link to Joe Gomez for chemistry. Thoughts on what I should do. (edit) also just curious of y'all's experience of him (good or bad)
