Does Ubisoft Even Care?

Last month I Received an email that someone tried to access my account, so as a person who wanted to protect my things I quickly changed my password to avoid any problems later on then on the first week of February, I wanted to have some fucking relaxing time to escape from the world problem and play siege or ACV then suddenly my account is gone (also my saves I guess?) I can't even access it or reset the password tried it multiple times yet still can't receive some email. Last week I submitted my case and had my ticket yet not receiving any news from them, I fucking even Pre-ordered AC Shadows now they gave me a fucking hard time I'm so disappointed at them.

Do they really have a customer support or they just don't really care at all?
