Permanent sore throat of doom??

Started T a couple weeks ago and I’ve had a sore throat literally since the day after my first shot, when will it go away? It’s so annoying to deal with, I mean I’m glad the T is working but I miss being able to speak without having to clear my throat like 10 times, doesn’t matter how many warm drinks I have I still feel like I’ve swallowed sand paper. When will it go away guys 😭
