Anyone else have older men patting you on the head/messing up your hair?

I’m 23 and pre-T but I pass fairly well. I’ve had a lot of the older men in my girlfriend’s family patting me on the head or ruffling my hair, I find it a little bit weird and I’m not sure if that means they see me as a guy or not? This also used to happen all the time at my previous job, and women never did it, only the older men. Is this something anyone else experiences?
