Fort Detrick Access

Does anyone know the access situation of federal civilian worker with a CAC Card ((of course)) on the entry into base process? How about their spouse who is not associated with government? Can the spouse get in as long as they are with a federal civilian worker and the CAC?

For example, Fort Belvoir base in VA is seemingly easy.

Asking since thinking about visiting as I am passing thru that area.
