Report Bird Flu?

Not sure this is the right place to post but we have a dead goose in our local pond. Been dead for 4 days, nothings touching it or eating it. Ive tried calling fish and wildlife , they didnt seem to care. Health dept was a run around…who else to call?

I dont mind moving the dead goose but clearly there is a reason its untouched. Any advice is appreciated. Am I overthinking this? Ive lived by the pond for years, tons of goose activity. Ever since this one died, none have showed up.
